1- Large diameter glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) sand filter with automatic backwash by electric valves.
2- Safety filtration by PVC cartridge filter housing.

RO Process

Compact footprint stainless steel skid with the following equipment:
1- Two stages reverse osmosis train 240 m3/d output capacity.
2- High pressure stainless steel vertical multistage feed pump driven by variable frequency drive.
3- Pressure vessels and reverse osmosis membranes.

Automation and control

Operation by programmable logic controller (PLC).
Color HMI system interface (touchscreen).
Instruments for flow and pressure data monitoring and logging.
3G remote maintenance support.

Auxiliary systems

Automatic flushing and cleaning in place (CIP) system.
