Independent stainless steel frame with the following equipment:
1- Large diameter glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) sand filter with automatic backwash by pneumatic valves.
2- Safety filtration by PVC cartridge filter housing.
Antiscalant dosing system.

RO Process

Compact footprint stainless steel skid with the following equipment:
1- Two stages reverse osmosis train 500 m3/d output capacity.
2- High pressure stainless steel vertical multistage feed pump driven by variable frequency drive.
3- Pressure vessels and reverse osmosis membranes.

Automation and control

Operation by programmable logic controller (PLC).
Color HMI system interface (touchscreen).

Auxiliary systems

Automatic flushing and cleaning in place (CIP) system.
